Animated Documentary brief

For one of our assignments for Digital Design Studio IV Animation at AUT University, we have been assigned to create a 40-second animated documentary, due on October 23, 2018. This will involve recording an interview we do with an individual and assigning portions of it to animated storytelling by using a variety of different mediums/styles to convey the perspective of the interviewed person.

While several animated documentary features do exist like Persepolis (2007), Waltz with Bashir (2008), 25 April (2015), and Tower (2016), they are much more common as shorts. The AUT Digital Design Vimeo page showcases past animated documentaries that were made by second-year DDS IV students, so that could give me inspiration on how I should create mine.
